Each lot will be serviced by individual septic systems and private wells, which are common in our area and provide reliable, independent utilities.

Are there building restrictions?

Yes, to maintain the community's quality and value, we do not allow mobile or manufactured homes. All homes must be site-built according to local building codes.

Is there a Homeowners Association (HOA)?

Yes, there is a basic HOA in place with the sole purpose of managing road maintenance. The HOA will remain active only until the road is incorporated by the Town of Littleton. The road is being built to Town specifications to facilitate this future transition.
