What are the lot sizes available?

Our premium lots range from 3 to 5 acres, providing generous space for your custom home and privacy.

What is the current development status?

We are in the final phase of subdivision approval, with expected completion by Q1 2025. You can begin working with us immediately through a pre-purchase agreement to secure your preferred lot.

What utilities are available?

Each lot will be serviced by individual septic systems and private wells, which are common in our area and provide reliable, independent utilities.

Are there building restrictions?

Yes, to maintain the community's quality and value, we do not allow mobile or manufactured homes. All homes must be site-built according to local building codes.

Is there a Homeowners Association (HOA)?

Yes, there is a basic HOA in place with the sole purpose of managing road maintenance. The HOA will remain active only until the road is incorporated by the Town of Littleton. The road is being built to Town specifications to facilitate this future transition.
